Shipping policy
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Customized or personalized items may require 5–10 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Orders may be fulfilled from our warehouses or fulfillment partners in China, the United States, or Germany, depending on inventory availability and the delivery address.
Shipping Rates
United States:
• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 USD or more.
• For orders below $50 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Orders:
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and available shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, most international orders are delivered within approximately 7–14 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, or local holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated at checkout.
Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with an incorrect item, please contact us at info@musowood.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
